Dear Sir,
A letter, just received from England, I think it likely that I may on very short notice, probably by Telegram, be requested to proceed to London to give evidence in the Tichborne case.
In a letter written some months since, I expressed my willingness, provided my expenses were guaranteed and authority obtained.
